Couture Moms FAQs 



How does your sizing work? The sizing of all of our apparel runs small unless specified. We suggest ordering up one whole size. If you are a small, you would order a medium and so on. You do not want the crystals to pull or stretch as the design will be distorted. The tees have a baby doll cut and are flattering already. Scroll to the bottom for a size chart.

How do I wash my tee?  Machine wash in cold with like colors, tumble dry low.  These tees are preshrunk and have a very low rate of shrinkage. If you experience some shrinkage, simply wet the shirt, reshape and dry flat. You may want to consider hang drying darker colors to avoid fading over time.

What form of payment do you accept?  We accept paypal (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and echeck) when ordering online. When ordering via phone order, we only accept Visa and MC.

When will my order to ship?  We ship all items within 3-5 business days, except for back orders. If your item(s) is on back order, we will contact you via email with a revised ship date. If you have any questions regarding a back ordered purchase, contact info@couturemoms.com.  All orders are shipped USPS First Class. If you need a rush order, contact us via email info@couturemoms.com  or call us at 916-941-8466 and we will discuss your rush postage options with you. Couture Moms does not accept responsibility for shipping company delays. In the event that a package is returned to us for a wrong address or unable to deliver (box full, no access etc.) outside our control, Couture Moms will contact you for an alternative address and bill you for actual shipping/handling costs.

What is your return policy?  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it, within 10 business days by sending it to 2201 Francisco Dr. Suite #140-359, El Dorado Hills, Ca 95762 with the original tag(s) still in tact and in original condition*. Please include either your packing slip or your receipt. Include a note letting us know which you prefer, a credit to your card or an exchange and for what size/color. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on purchases and returns. Couture Moms will cover the shipping costs to return the exchanged merchandise to the customer using first class mail. If an item or items are returned after the 10 days, with prior authorization, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If customer sends back an item or items, without prior authorization, for refund after the 10 days or an item(s) that is "custom, non returnable", Couture Moms will send it back and bill customer for actual shipping charges.

* There are items on the site that are not returnable. Items that are considered custom will say it on the actual description page of that item or ordered as custom and may not be offered on the site at all. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Size Chart:

                   Small = 0 - 4

                   Medium = 4 - 8

                   Large = 8 - 10

                   Extra Large =  10 - 12

                   XXLarge =  12 - 14

                   Plus 1 = 16 - 18

                   Plus 2 = 20 - 22

                   Plus 3 = 24 - 26
